5 A Day

Fruit and vegetables are packed with essential vitamins, minerals and fibre which may help reduce the risk of nasty diseases, we encourage our children to try a variety of fruit and vegetables each day.

Healthy Eating

When children eat more than their bodies need, the food is converted into fat and stored in their body. At New Life we ensure that the children get 'me-sized' portions. If a child is still hungry after their meal it is ok for them to come back for seconds.
